We hand shape and hand cut all our pasta made with pasture-fed eggs.

Our focaccia is naturally leavened and fermented for 48 hours minimum.

Our pizza dough is naturally leavened with 72-hour ferment using a blend of three flours to create a dough unique to Ramona.
